The newly purpose built Bache Bros Warehouse provides the capability for large-scale fruit ripening and storage. With fully automated and regulated climate control rooms and FreshCare/HARPS Certification, the Warehouse provides the ideal infrastructure for large scale fruit handling.
Kiwi Fruit
Generally Kiwi Fruit is available all year round with peak season for Australian growers being from April to May. A large proportion of Kiwi Fruit sold in Australia from July to December is imported predominantly from New Zealand. Kiwi Fruit is ripened at room temperature.

Grapes are classed as berries with the combination of a unique texture and sweet, tart flavour. Bache Bros stocks both white and dark grapes all year round. Australian between the months of February and June, imported from July to December.
Dragon Fruit
It is an extremely beautiful fruit that has an intense shape and colour. The Dragon Fruit is usually a dark pink colour. The skin of the Dragon Fruit is a thin rind. The centre of the fruit is made up of red or white, sweet tasting pulp. Availability ranges from November through to March.
Nashi Pear
Nashi Pears have greenish-yellow skin, which can be speckled with brown flecks. It is a cross breed of pear and apple. Nashi Pear’s flesh is creamy-white, sweet, crisp and very juicy. Available at Bache Bros from January through to June sourced from Australian growers.
PASSION FRUIT
Slightly tart-flavored seeds and surrounding juice which is both eaten and juiced. Various varieties are available all year from Bache Bros sourced from Australian growers.

They are grown on a palm tree with an impressive list of essential nutrients, vitamins and minerals. Imported and available from January through to December.
